Pastor Frances & Gary Stafford
Reverend Frances A. Stafford is founder and pastor of Acts of Praise Whole Life Ministry. She and her husband Gary established the non-denominational church in August, 2000. Gary and Frances have been married for over 30 years and have six children. Frances was called by God and ordained in 1998.
Acts of Praise Whole Life Ministry has been called to magnify and celebrate God’s presence.
